Hey Mark,
Had a few questions about the MC funayuki 210mm. Is it double bevelled? How many has he produced? Do you have any foresight of products in production coming your way by him? I purchased the 150mm nikiri he made with no custom handle a few months ago. I am extremely happy with the knife and targeting a shorter gyotu or suji by him. If this is double bevelled I have to purchase. Please let me know.

Thank you,
Jonathan

Yes this knife is double beveled. His grinds are really good which makes his knives perform really well.

He's a prolific knife maker and he's made tens of thousands of knives.
