Yes, I should probably give you more specifics. I am a chef and will use it often. I used to have a Wusthoff boning knife that I liked but it grew legs. I don't really care for a super flexible knife. What I am looking for is one that will sharpen quickly, stay razor sharp and have a pointy tip. I also don't like bolsters as they get in the way of sharpening. I don't care much for the look of global knives but the one you recommended may be just what I am in need of. Feel free to post my question or give any other recmmendations. Need to order in the next day or so. Thanks for your time.
