Knife bed then I put it on the sharpening arm to set my angle?
How to clean stone after sharpening?

Water and a scotchbrite gets the stones clean for me.

If you ever need to let the cube sit still while both hands are needed you can put the stone in the EP with enough of it out enough for the angle cube to sit on. The stone needs to be in the EP anyway. If you have any 2" wide stones this is even easier. Let the stone sit on the edge of the blade table and the angle cube sitting on the stone. Then you have both hands free. Sometimes this makes it a little easier. Just a thought.
