Here is tonight's meal. Some of the ingredients you will notice from the Risotto. Meat balls, goat cheese, mushrooms and mozzarella with a little basil on top. Yummmm!

Here's one I did last year: Grilled eggplant and fresh basil, yum!

The crust needed a little more time to develop though; we use yeast so the longer proof time the more flavor.

It's hard to make a bad pizza as long as you get the crust right.
