Ok, I covered various blade grinds (still need to get pictures/drawings), blade finishes, Choil shots, knife construction (clad vs mono, Honyaki), Laser vs workhorse vs midweight, steel types carbon vs stainless, and handle styles.

On it's way Todd! I just kinda tried to get my thoughts down on paper, then work backwards cleaning it up and organizing it a bit more, so it's a rough draft currently.
