This is a new Tojiro DP VG10 Thant my family replaced or gave me the money to finally replacement. I loaned out 2 knifes to a super up and coming star in my area who borrowed a Richmond artifex in aeb-l not M390 thank god and my Tojiro DP whose excuse was they fell out of his knife bag so he was not responsible for that since he really never used it. That's when I learned a big lesson about loaning knifes out and than had the balls 2 weeks later asking if I could fix them for free, And most who know me what my response was! Any way here's a pick of my new Tojiro DP its net the best is shots the camera was shaking real bad but here we go

I like a bigger bevel on most of my knifes. How about y'all's knifes closer to factory or opened up? Jmbullman

Sweet. To me it looks better and in my minds eye or jmop I think it cuts better when one or both sides are opened up. I also know some who prefer just one side being the cutting side. I guess it's ok for a good deba or yangai but like I said jmop I would not want to cut with a single edge all day on my guyto it petty. I guess that's why they make suji's for the rest of us. BULL <> Just to be clear cuz I think there might be a little confusion, I don't only sharpen the right bevel on my doubles; I just only open up my right side bevels, as I pretty much sharpen all my double bevel edges @70/30.

I figured u were going for 80/20 or 70/30 I am sorry I didn't make my post clear. No harm no foul I knew u sharpened both sides. Sorry I wasn't clear in my reply please excuse my lack of penmanship, I took if for granted I knew you sharpened both sides. I was referring to some sharpeners (not you) that sharpened only one side and made it a straight single bevel. I am sorry I confused you, my bad. Jmbullman
