Well there are a few things you could add:
* a store in europe. Compared to koki shop (i won't name his site for obvious reasons) around 50$ to ship to europe is really expensive and you have some real stuff that can't be found anywhere else.
I know a few people that looked at your site but didn't order for shipping reasons.
* I use a wood holder for my knife on the wall. Some wood and some strong earth magnets do the trick pretty well. Some prefer metallic holders (i guess it depends on the design of your kitchen)
* Some pocket knives. I always carry one (higonokami, Douk Douk, Laguiole, Opinel but there are alot more than that).

Hmm..I like this idea. I'll run your London location Mark. Jens and Michiel can visit often. I also love tea. 8-) Oh yeah, that's also an excuse to finally get the CKTG leer jet.

I would really like you to add the Blue #2 Moritaka Honesuki. The Honesuki is a specialized shape. Blue#2 is a much more practical steel for a Honesuki. I think $115 for a honesuki with blue #2, an octagonal rosewood handle would be an awesome combo and a great deal!

Maybe a little outlandish, but I can't help feeling that a Kiritsuke made from the steel used in CCK's cheap cleavers would yield an outstanding knife.
Not saying it's feasible or anything, but a guy can dream...

I'd love to see some of your high-end knives, that are made even more difficult to attain by your adding custom handles, become available w/o the modification (e.g., currently, your Murray Carter 210 Wa-Gyuto Funayuki profile @$700 with Isaiah's handle). I have to imagine it would be $250 less expensive with Murray's handle, and it would be a much more attainable price point.

I would love to see overall weight & the chin to heel height be incorporated into your knife statistics, and those statistics be listed consistently on your wa-handled knives. Some of your listings include some statistics, but they are inconsistent. (Mark <> you know the headache I'm experiencing trying to find that 48mm heel)
