Ok, here is a brand new item for us. Plating tweezers. These are 7.5 inches long and come in either bent or straight. If these go reasonably well I'll get more of them.http://www.chefknivestogo.com/fishtweezers.html
The tweezer section is found under kitchen tools.

Cool idea on the plating tweezers, but why are they so much more expensive than the cooking tweezers offered by A.G. Russell?

The SPI plating tweezers are designed for medical use. Because of this they have excellent tolerances and they stand up to use and abuse over the years in a professional kitchen and still close perfectly. They are useful for cooking, plating and basic prep (I've seen people use them to shuck clams or process crab).
They are more expensive than other tweezers out there, but they are more robust than any other pair I've personally used or seen. I've met people with pairs that are five years old and look brand new despite heavy daily use.
