Let me know what is your best selling knife type, size and design? Maybe we can put together an order out of the steel you have on hand?

i seem to be best known for sujihiki and nakiri but latley the smaler kitchen scalpels and steak knife sets have been doig well (i think the steak knives go well cause you can use them as a set or us small utillitys)
something i have not not made in a while that i should are some pettys, both WA and full tang styles

BUTCH <> All I will add in response, is that some people don't like the bling nor the additional expense of burl considering the premium already being paid for a handmade. Beauty in simplicity...

in the WA handle its more abut all the milling time i spend making things flat and square no that said i do need to chare a bit more for metal "guards" as making them fit to the level of finish i deem proper can take some time.
i dont realy like using non stablized woods on kitchen and bath room knives/razors but i will use cocobolo and ironwood or bocote/zercote
for the most bang for the buck its got to be the belt finished full tang knife as you get all the good steel HT and grind
