Ordered the masakage yuki sujhika 270mm tonight. Spelling is wrong i know lol. Love both my anryu chef knife and my masakage petty. Masakage ess one of the few japanese knives that carried it and wss in stock. Plus i think the masakages are esthetically pleasing and they are very sharp.

Perhaps but probably leave thatthat to the butcher. My extent of bones is cutting them out on occassion lol
