While I think that "Number One" may market better than "Number Two" -- I'm going with my perception
(and not from personal experience) that #2 sharpens a little easier than #1 with nearly as good an edge. I'm also going with my equally second- and third-hand perception that white is a little more robust to abuse than is blue.
Edit -- To be clear, any of them at the price point you are shooting for, as long as it didn't have a "marginal" handle, would be very attractive as first knives for friends, or ones I wouldn't worry too much about leaving out when others are using whatever they find in our home kitchen.
