We have a massive amount of Edge Pro products so we figured it would be good to have a whole section on how to use the machine and what to use on it.

It's not cheap but it does a SUPER job = Atoma 140 diamond plate for EP. >Link HERE< The >Bamboo 150< makes a great follow up to the Atoma too. They are both great on their own but together they are more than the sum of the parts.

Hi Pete,

The thing most people use for quick metal removal is a diamond plate. The one Paradox mentioned is the one most people get.

This one is not edge pro specific item but guys use it all the time for this purpose. It will also flatten your other stones too: DMT 2x6" Plate

The 140 atoma removes some serious metal ,but theres always the 24grit nubatama for those days when you just gotta get some work done.

The 2x6 DMT plate is OK, albeit somewhat unwieldy on the EP. The Atoma 140 is far superior for serious metal removal and leaves a more uniform scratch pattern. I have relegated the DMT to stone flattening duty which it excels at.

Cheers,

Rick
