These are coming along. I'm going to make up a few dozen and sell them way cheap as beta testers. Production should take a few weeks.

After that I'll ask the beta testers for suggestions on incremental improvements and try and refine it.

Nice, I will buy one for sure. Since I already have a full array of stones for the Edgepro anyway.

LUNA, did not beat you to it; he suggested the E.D.G.E. You are only person I've seen suggest the RICHMOND EDGE, and in my book, the suggestion box is now closed. You nailed it shut with the perfect blend of simplicity & wit. I can't see any other name being more marketable.

I'd definitely be down for testing one out. i love my edge pro but there are definitely areas where it could be improved.

Any ETA on when we might see this? Having used a number of jigged systems throughout the years and now back with free hand sharpening, I'm interested in what changes you have made to the 'standard' systems.
