Me personally, if I can find an aji dulce I love it on mexican food. It gives the smokey flavour of a habanero with no heat. Which makes it perfect for people who don't like heat, yet you still get the delicious chili flavour. Then you can spice it up with your favourite hot sauce.
Man I really want nachos right now.

man that looks good
back in the day ever super bowl we made 10lb nachos but it quickly past the LB rang into 100$ nachos into a nacho fixing bar with every thing
