This is actually a lamb dish i helped invent at a restaurant i apprentice at. It is delish with an olive tapenade and picked radishes and served atop a bed of cauliflower and mixed greens

Your right as far as a starch goes i was thinking of garlic mash but thats too common so i did zuchini totts haha thanks for checking it out
