I have a customer that wants to use Musk Ox Horn in a custom handle. Any advice on where and what to buy and how well it holds up?

I've seen some from HHH that looked pretty freaking sweet. No idea what is done to it or how well it holds up but there is a couple of guys to ask!

It holds up well, as well as any other natural horn. Randy Haas has some and you can sometimes get it from some of the guys at blade forums. Bill Burke seems to use it often, I wonder if he might have a contact to get some. Regardless, be prepared to pay a premium, its not cheap....but oh man, does it look great.

Darkhoek did a handle for Oivind back in the day that was spectacular.

Yeah, IIRC it was around $300 for handle scales or a Wa handle block. VERY pricey, but looks awesome!

Jantz has some occasionally.

However, given the option I'd buy from Mark Knapp http://www.markknappcustomknives.com/index.php if he had any to buy

I'll give Randy a call and see if he has a little. Thanks. :)

Randy Haas had recently (like last week) posted some on his website. It's not cheap, but it is beautiful stuff.
