Switch to full style
We have a massive amount of Edge Pro products so we figured it would be good to have a whole section on how to use the machine and what to use on it.

Moving over to Shapton Glass stones.

Hello Mark,

Here is my dilemma that hopefully you can help me with, I have an edge pro and a full set of chosera Stones,
My 5000 grit stone has cracked, and some of the others are starting to wear. I do not have the money, nor do
I need a full set of new stones, in doing my research I am going to switch to sharpton stones as I need them. (do you think that is the correct choice)

So my questions to you are, is there a crossover chart or a reference chart that would show what sharpton Stones
are equivalent to the choesera stones???

What Sharpton Stone would you recommend I replace my 5000 grit chosera Stone with???
What course stone would you recommend that I use for reprofiling blades? Right now I am currently using
The stock 120 grit stone.

Thank you ……Brett

For sure!!!! do the switch to Shapton stones. If you have a 3k chosera already, get the 6K or 8K Shapton leaning towards 8K..then strop.
