Moritaka Santoku 170mm

Looks like they don't have the D rosewood handle anymore. Not sure if I should hold out for this or the new stock might go back to D and Rosewood? If not any other recommendations for a Santoku of this beauty?

WILL <> The D's were swapped out for octagons about 2 years ago, and the wood was just recently switched to Yew.

You are asking if you should hold out for what? The knife hasn't changed; it's the same blade.
