To my eyes this looks like Mizuno's equivalent to the Kono Fujiwara lineup. That sound about right?

I have a Mizuno gyuto in swedish stainless and it's a great knife. Love to see these guys on the site.

I've been trying to get a picture of it after a week of use, its gained a nice subtle patina. I can't seem to get a good shot using only my phone camera though - anybody have any tips on how they capture themselves?
