Anyone ever try these soaps?

http://mikesnaturalsoaps.com/Mikes_Natu ... Soaps.html

I've had the same tin of shaving soap for probably four years and it's finally coming to an end. Was looking for a new soap and as a hobbyist craftsman, I like to support them as well. This guys sounds right up my alley and I've found some good reviews, but was wondering if anyone here has tried them?

Thanks,
Adam

Ha Michiel....I'm not past the safety razor. :o I do love the brush/soap and safety razor a LOT more than the spray can and Mach Gagillion though.

Mr. Magnus, thanks for the video. I ordered one tin and a couple of samples.

I hesitated to get into straight razor shaving, but now can't see doing it any other way.

Man... I didn't hesitate once the idea popped in my head, but damn has this been an arduous journey thus far. I'm on my third razor now & I think it's a winner for my facial skin/hair, but damn these cuts, and razor burn & ALL THE DAMN TIME IT TAKES.

I keep telling myself, "I don't ride a horse to work, why am I using the same technology to shave with.?!"

I can't help but face the reality that modern technology clearly won in this arena, but I'm still drawn to the straight edge & have been dedicated to improving my results. A big thank you to my mentors... ;)

So I got the soap and samples....very nice. The smells are incredible and the soap is much nicer than what I previously had. Leaves my face very soft and the shaving is easier.

Awesome find.
