Hello.
I am very happy with the CCK Rhino Cleaver. It is a monster, but makes short work of all meat cutting duties around here. I have dispatched a few large blocks of cheese with ease as well. Even sourdough baguettes are a pleasure to cut with this knife. Fit and finish is very good , it holds a great edge and the size and the blade profile make it very handy for a variety of tasks.. Outstanding!
The same goes for the Tojiro Honosuki. Great build and performance for the price and superior design . Love it!

I would like to thank Chefknivestogo for all the hard work they put in! As busy as yall are, the orders come in an extremely timely manner. If I ever email a question, I get a quick response. I recently won one of the Shun Honesuki's, being that it was getting close to my birthday, they enclosed a post-it wishing me a happy birthday! Seriously, where else do you get that service? The staff is great and I will continue using this service and recommend everyone I know to buy from the site. Thanks again to Mark and the whole staff for really being top notch!
