Dear CKTG,

Thank you for having an excellent store and excellent service. I am a culinary arts student also working full time as a line cook and this is my go-to place for anything knives.

I purchased a Tojiro ITK Kiritsuke a while back to learn the Kiritsuke blade shape and also how to care for a carbon steel knife... With my career and my education advancing (and also tax season :P), I think it's time for an upgrade!

I have known of this site for a few years and am finally taking my first steps into the world Japanese cutlery and sharpening. Your demo videos and forums are very informative. Keep up the good work!

want to thank everyone on the forums for helping me pick my new knife. I will be getting the Imanishi Two Sided 1K/6K Stone later tonight !! and i love the sharpening videos on your site!

I have a tiny sharpening stand once a week in a local farmers market in Cleveland. I was telling a customer about the Artifex and must have described it pretty well, as the person behind her said, "I'll have two of those please!" I am proud and pleased to offer this exceptional blade to those who ask me ,"What's the best kitchen knife?" Thanks! Josh Proctor.
