quick question...If you had your choice between the Masamota KS 240 gyuoto or Konosuke HD 240 ebony wa, which would you choose and why?

I would choose the Konosuke HD with Ebony.
Here's how I would rate some things I find important.
Grind: Tie (They're both good)
