What are the differences between the Masamoto 240 white 2 and the Kono 240 white 2 . I know the Masamoto is a classic with a blade profile similar to the Sabatier Carbon. It is a tad heavier than the Kono 240 white 2 how else do they differ? Bill B

BIKEMAN <> My Kono is more reactive than my KS. Not so much with food, neither affect my foods too much, but the steel itself oxidizes much more quickly on my Kono & is more of an orange than my dull grey KS.
Kono octaganol Wa: KS is an awesome ass "D".
KS is longer on the edge by 15mm.
KS is heavier because it's thicker. More of a middleweight as compared to the quintessential laser Kono.
Kono is taller by a few mm's, and has slightly less belly.
