Have they discontinued this line, or does nobody carry it anymore? I got a 300mm suji in this line, and the f&f was stellar. I also prefer the wooden handle over pakkawood. My last masamoto was in the HC line, because I had a korin gift card and thats all they carry anymore. Now I've noticed that nearly nobody carries the CT line anymore.
Have they stopped producing it, or is it just not a big seller?
Does anybody know the difference between the steel on the CT line and the HC line.
My two sujis do seem to react quite differently, both being used for strictly proteins. The CT suji has a very very slight rainbow in the patina, otherwise a nice matte grey across the blade. The HC line is developing a nice purple/blueish pattern across most the blade after 9 months of use.

you can find them at jck, the ct is a higer carbon content in the steel as far as I know, the hc is more pure... my guess would be like comparing w and b
