HACK <> Iron-Damascus clad Blue #2. If you like a tall knife, the 245mm gyuto <--link is a whopping 57mm tall. Not Takeda tall, but still ridiculously tall in its own right. They are from the Tosa region which often puts out old-school product.

STEVEO <> I haven't used the knife, but word is they are thick heavy knives with exceptional grinds... a`la Kato style.
