Has anyone used these knives to butcher meat? Any feedback on the knives would be appreciated... I am curious if anyone can offer a quick review.

cck butcher knife is designed mostly for whacking/chopping and can slice, but not as well as the masahiro butcher knife
the masahiro butcher knife is usually used for filleting tuna. so they'd be pretty good at slicing and portioning meat, but not for whacking at bone or whatever.
that's what i think at least.
