On how you made them, sized them for the knots, and secure them. Turning brush handles is something I've considered a handful of times. Im curious about the process.

Dont have any photos but i use a metall lathe witch is abit harder to work with then a wood lathe.

just shape it the way you want it to look then you just take the dimentions on the base of the knot and drill a hole that fits it, set the loft to be about 46 to 52mm high depending on how much backbone you want. and i would recommend 2 comp epoxy as the glue to set the knot with. if you use a piece of wood that has no stabilization i recommend sealing the wood with etc superglue/CA

well its hard to say it depends on how much detail its on the handle. but i guess atleast 5 hours from start to finish
