We have a massive amount of Edge Pro products so we figured it would be good to have a whole section on how to use the machine and what to use on it.

It essentially removes the "play" in the pivot resulting in more precise/constant bevel contact.

They should work in the regular version too. If you use an angle cube , and mount it high enough or on a bench with a hole drilled to allow the rod to go down.

I've been assuming that it only works on the pro version, not the Apex. Can it be made to work on the Apex?

If the vertical rod and the rod end bearing diameter are the same as the Apex. It will work how I explained, the rod needs room to travel. This piece is good news. Very easy to make multiple preset angle sharpeners with a little ingenuity.
