I am looking at the Victorinox / Forschner fibrox knives and the F. Dick.
I saw that the V / F knives are full tang.
Are the F. Dick knives full tang?
Do you carry (I did not see them) the F. dick ergogrips?
Which would be your preference in a boning style and bread knife?

I'm kind of picky on bringing in low end stuff. So much of it sucks. F Dick is pretty good but I decided years ago to stick with Forschner fibrox and I think they're a good value for a low end commercial knife.
If you can invest a little more money I would encourage you to try a Tojiro ITK bread knife. It's the best selling knife in our store and it's innexpensive:http://www.chefknivestogo.com/toitkbrkn.html
