I have seen videos on u tube and than I figured out why the knifes I sharpen from some people are so messed up, some of the so called experts can't sharpen and usually they only produce one video and their comments are so bad because because people actually tried their method. Stick with the videos of people you know, ken, shaun, mark, Jason, Michiel and a few others they will never steer you wrong. And goodness sake don't try to sharpen like some of the chefs on food network I saw (name withheld) a famous lady on the network useing just an i8 India stone and she had the knife face up with the edge slightly tilted and if you watch the show when they come back from break she is useing a completely different brand with a new shiny edge, I wonder why, I guarantee it wasn't marketing on this episode the knife wouldn't cut that's why. That video has somehow disappeared from u tube I wonder why? Peace jmbullman
