That is pretty cool, I've never seen a knife outright branded as a "workhorse" like that. I agree that was a cool find as well, although out of the budget of our current thread. Thanks! ;)

Thank you for your comment Shaun. The point I was trying to make about Mr. Kato knives is that they are workhorses. This is my opinion based on my own professional experience. Because they are workhorses, they are also a good value. The issue I had with the previous response to my comments was that it negated my experience with Kato knives. These are very durable knives and are worth the investment long term. However, I can understand if they were out of the person's budget. Thank you for your comments.
