Looking for a knife with good convex grind.

Mark,

Could you list some knives available with a convex grind(non-stick)?

Thanks

Hi Lucas,

Are you right handed?
Do you know how to sharpen?
Do you like to rock the knife or push cut primarily?
Do you want a stainless knife?
Do you want to get a western handled knife or Japanese handle?
How much did you want to spend?

Do you mind if I post your question on our forum?
Kind Regards,
Mark Richmond

Mark

I'm right handed and I sharpen knives freehanded. I use both cutting techniques, but push cutting primarly. I want a carbon knife (high grade stainless will do), wa or western handle. Up to US$300.
I don't mind having this on the forum.

Thanks for the attention,
Lucas

I'll give you a couple I like. I'm assuming you want a gyuto.

Tanaka Sekiso Damascus!!! Awesome convex grind to it and the damascus layers help food slide off, too. Really great cutter, out cuts my Nakiri's in sweet potatoes.
