I am selectively upgrading from my chicago cutlery set.
As of now, I have a Miyabi Evolution 8" chef knife ($85.00 after coupon from SLT, so could not pass it up.). Wusthoff classic 7" Santouko, and bread knife. And the Sugimoto cleaver I bought from you.
I am searching for a utility/pairing/petty knife and am looking for suggestions.
Mostly for work where the chef knife is too large. Not sure about the Tojiro petty on your site. But looks like a bargain. Or should I stay with the Wusthoff classic?
I do enjoy a good value.

The Tojiro is a good one.

I agree with Adam, the Hiromoto is a great bang for the buck and a quality knife in it's own right.
