Last week was my anniversary and after some begging and pleading look what I bought my wife to give me!

It came with a kitchen towel and the box was nicely wraped in fleur-de-lis paper. Wasn't expecting either.
Had to order it directly from Teruyasu Fujiwara because I didn't have two weeks to wait on Mark, sorry big guy! ;)
I was told no more knife stuff 'til Christmas now though :( . Oh well, I'm sure it will be worth it!

I recognized the towel. :) Nice. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine.

Jeff, is that the 210? I'm curious if it will topple your Kono HD 240 from king of the hill status :-)

My money's on the 240, not from the photo as I'll agree it looks like the 210, from the fact, he's been vocal about a 240.

Congrats, Jeff! And here I was feeling sorry for you since the mice were leaving (see forum sale pages)...! Seriously, though, I'm glad that you not only got the blade after so much anticipation, but that it was marked by a special occasion—this will make it that much more pleasurable to use in the long run. My money's also on 240, assuming the paper is A4 in length.

Salemj, I was so curious that I was going to grab my knives and an A4 paper just to try to solve the mystery.

This is so beautiful--all my congratulations on both the knife and the anniversary. This was the knife I focused on when I first found CKNT, but it has been out of stock so I went in another direction.

A very, very exciting gift. Enjoy it!
