i have the unfortunate burden of being a leftie who loves traditional japanese knives. i'm looking for a good leftie deba, and outside of custom ordering (which i'm thinking about doing via kama-asa, who gets blades from shiraki-san) I was wondering what the options were. A place by me has a Kaneshige 210 white 3, but 210 is a bit big for my tastes (I'm rarely butchering anything over ~10 lbs). Thoughts?

Ginsanko 180mm Deba in stock. Pull the trigger, and it will be in your left hand in three days: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/kaneshige.html

My first thought as well. Not often you find a lefty deba in stock.
