latte stone, artifex paring, sink bridge

Hello Mark

Just to let you know that I have been using a few items I bought from you a while back. I am a straight razor guy, and we tend to be verbose! But I hope this is of a little interest to you and doesn't bore you too much.

First the Artiflex paring knife. 9.9/10. I am very impressed. We make Greek roast potataoes every week and this is now what I use. A fantastic edge, good balance, great steel and smooth to use. If all the Artiflex's are like this, they have to be amongst the best value for money knives out there.

The latte. I like it a lot. It works very well, but I prefer the Chosera. I am more tuned into feedback and prefer the Chosera for this. I enjoy the latte and will keep using it.

Naniwa sink bridge. What a pleasure. I used to sit down to sharpen. Will still do that for razors as I need a bit more control. This is the way to do knives. I made a mistake with the measurements and it was too large for the sink. My neighbour is a metalworker and in 10 mins he cut it to the correct length. In fact it is his birthday soon so I shall order an Artiflex from you.

With best wishes
Albert
