No fair, I thought I was the one that started the use of a plastic cutting board for a sink bridge!
Your one week late with this video, I just bought a Shapton. Nice review none the less.

lol, yeah, I started using that plastic board over a year ago. It's not perfect, but works good enough I suppose.

This stone is a very good 400 stone, cuts about as fast as a Shapton 320 and leaves a good finish. I go straight from 400 to 2000 for a toothy edge, or to 1000 and 4000 for a cleaner edge.

Just used it a again real fast, and basically run it under water for about 1 or 2 minutes and you are good. Cuts oh so fast, I'm liking this thing a LOT!

I got to play with my Latte 400 today. Nice and smooth stone, cuts really quickly, but not overly scratchy. Nice contrast with clad blades, too :)
