they were left to marinate a few hours, in orange, garlic, olive oil, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.

and grilled. Indeed they looked great. i had a few beers and forgot to take a pic.

that´s an embarrasment of riches!

this time i bought the racks really short and did not botter to french thems, as they dont cut them for ribroasts over here. our lambs are skinny lambs used for stews mostly.
But some Pelibueys are growing big.

what are you drinking rook. over here Zacapa is "the best". i like to taste cane. not the barrel. i like 10cane but its overprices over here.
