Just got in my new natural stone a loops and it is beyond by believes. The edge this thing leaves is I just don't have words to describe it, I am a Shapton nut from the gs to the m5 and the pro and I heard there is a m15 version with a stand that is for pro use. I have been using naturals for a while and was turned on to them by ken Schwartz and I am grateful he did it most everybody knows I cut my teeth and still use arky's when needed but this is a completely different level of refinement, maybe it is my imagination but I feel the edge is stronger with the naturals like I said probably my imagination but I will ride this pony to the finish line from now on. BUT there is one hell of a downside now I have to spend money more money and more money with mark and sue. Dammit. Peace to all and try a natural or two or three sometimes I use naniwas sometimes I use choseras, sometimes I use shaptons but when I am ready I use naturals now. Stay thirsty my friends. From the most interesting man in the world me. I am so full of it I need a plunger. Peace jmbullman

"Any chance of an Aoto Mark??"
Yea, there will be an excellent selection of Aotos
Multiple types of them in fact, some quite rare too.

Ok, I saw the synthetic one, but I want to play with the Natural one. Sounds like it would leave a nice, toothy edge on my 300mm Sujihiki I custom ordered

We have a couple different ones coming this summer. We should have them in about 5-6 weeks.

I got to play with my Ozuka Asagi (I think I spelled it right??) Koppa yesterday. My Tanaka Blue #2 Kurouchi Nakiri took the sickest edge of anything I have sharpened yet! Most of my other stuff didn't have a recently fresh edge on it, but the stone still refined the edges a bit. I have some sharpening to do now to see what it will do to a fresh 8K edge!

These have really taken off. I can't keep them in stock.
BTW I have some Nakayama Koppas on the way. Takeda has about 10-20 in his warehouse.
