When do you expect the Konosuke Honyaki Wa-Gyuto 240mm White and the Konosuke 210mm Wa-Gyuto ZDP-189 to become available?

Lastly, is the described weight in the product description of the links that I attached correct?

Both of those have been on order for a long time. About a year on the ZDP189 and about 6 months on the white honyaki. I did just get in some blue 2 honyakis but we need to fit handles on them.
Let me look at the links and i'll comment on your last question shortly.

The difference between those two knives is the handle. There is a measured difference in blade width as well. Best guess, since these are hand made, is there is some variance. I believe them to be the exact same blades with different handles.
Can't comment exactly about the difference in weight, but the one with ebony is shown to be heavier which would make sense as the ebony handle will weight quite a bit more than a ho wood handle of same dimensions.

I fixed the dimensions and weights. There is no difference between the blades of those two Konosukes. Just the handles.
