I'm just way too busy to comment, but this thing is a beast of a blade. I was so tired (go figure) my measurement was off though... she's actually 276.2 mm
In 270, I'm used to a Suisin Inox Honyaki (pictured above in comparison IS a 240) with a cutting edge at 260mm. This knife honestly makes the Suisin feel like a 240; that 16mm feels like a damn sword.
It's funny because along with her I got a KanehiroG3 150petty that feels like a feather... so nimble (I'm very much in love), and the parallel is funny. Normally my Konos feel like the feathers, and my Kanehiro AOS feel like the bricks.
I used this 150 & 270 combo along with a 90 petty for breakfast, lunch & dinner service yesterday, and am surprisingly pleased. I'll do the same today.
