Quick question for you. Would you be able to give me a quick rundown on the HD2 Konosuke knives? What’s the significance of the HD2 designation?

HD refers to the steel type used....which is a mystery semi-stainless they use.
The "2" refers to the second generation of the HD steel which is slightly better.
