Hello Mark, last question.
I have noticed that there are a number of Konosuke HD's for sale on your website in the same sizing, could you please give me a quick overview of the differences between them?
Also how does the blade size compare to say a 9" wusthoffe knife. does it run longer or shorter than the stated 240mm? I am tossing up between 240 and 210 size.

Thank you again.

Dave

Hi Dave,

I try to be customer focused with out website so when people say "hey Mark, why don't you make your Richmond Addict with HD steel (Tall blade profile)? I do it:

Or how about adding an ebony handle to it instead of the Rosewood?

How about doing a blade shape more like Murray Carter's Funayuki (flatter edge profile)?

You get the picture....:)
