Konosuke edge grind question

I've got the same question regarding these three knives:

I'd like to know about the bevels of these knives, whether they're single or double and which side the bevel is on ( which hand they're used with will do).

Hi Edgar,

All the Konosuke Sujis are double beveled with a more or less even grind on them with 50/50 edges and octagonal handles.
