Feel free to add to this list. Mark also updates the product page occasionally as well: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/24safimukn.html
This will fit the Masakage Yuki 210 Gyuto (you might need to sand the saya a little to clear the neck all the way to the ferrule).
Does NOT fit the Kaneshige Stainless 240 Wa-Gyuto - the blade is too tall.

In my experience, all Kono 240 sayas are not created equal. My Fujiyama will not fit in the HD2 saya, and its actually a little tight in the one that came with it. So they must offer more than one, or Mark just matches the knife to the saya.

My blue Fuji doesn't fit in the saya that I got with my HD. I've been making my own sayas and I traced all three Kono 240's ( I have white #2 also) on a sheet of basswood. http://imgur.com/vUjWKrFhttp://imgur.com/ukB2IXA

Seems to be true for me, too. I have two sayas, one that came with my HD, and one that came with a Fujiyama (both 240mm Funayuki-Gyutos with Ebony handles). The Fujiyama one definitely has a wider opening, such that my Fuji B2 fits in the Fuji saya, but is too thick to fit in the HD saya. Pretty remarkable since the knives are virtually the same thickness, but that added bulge at the top of the grind on the Fuji is just enough to keep it from sliding comfortably into the HD saya. I think the same is true for my Ginsan, although I'd have to double check and am very far from home at the moment.
Had I not felt this in person, I simply would not believe in this level of variation given how loose-fiting and "generic" the Kono sayas tend to be in the first place!
