Kohetsu HAP40 210mm
Used a work a week, not touched up the edge, still sharp. Excellent fit and finish, profile and I do not see eye to eye. There can be only one!!!

Kohetsu AS 240mm Gyuto, I have had the handle moved back and the machi exposed for more comfort in the pinch grip.
Has been heavily used at work for a month, recently sharpened still very sharp excellent edge and great performer. 150 US, shipping included

Finally Takeda Classic Sasanoha 180mm Small
Great knife excellent grinds that you expect, however I am not using it as much as this knife NEEDS to be used, great small work line knife however I picked up a differnt 180mm short stainless knife for on the line, something more of a beater I need to see this one go to a home that will use it an appreciate the beauty this knife brings to your hands. I really really really really LOVE this one.

The Takeda is an excellent knife, just bought the same one, had it for almost a month now. Love it. Very nimble and quick. Very nice knife!!!!

I agree with Otkonot. The small sasanoha is probably the most used knife in my kitchen.
