First impressions - received last Friday and used twice.
Fit and finish are great - a classy-looking knife. Not that sharp OOTB, but 30 minutes on the Shaptons took care of the matter. This is a HARD knife. I don't have a Rockwell tester, but the feel on the stones is very different from the majority of my J-knives. No need to worry about too much pressure on the stones.
Handles very well - prepped eggplant, onions, shallots, olives, etc. with no sweat nor any sign of wedging or stiction. Must admit it took a bit to realize I didn't need to wipe/dry after each product was prepped.
More later after I've used to for a few weeks .....
