Looks pretty similar (albeit taller) to the global vegetable knife. I know you have those in stock :mrgreen:

Looks like this is the one at Amazon. I'm pretty sure it's a #21 style. There is also one under the brand name Kom Kom slightly more expensive. Hard to tell if the quality is better or different from photos though.

I would buy one of these in an Artifex grade package for sure.

Here you go, my archived order from amazon calls it model 21 but this looks the same, if you search amazon for kiwi knife you will find three choices like this, two are kiwi and the other is another brand. Will send you mine if necessary to help get this produced.

The Kiwis are sold in a lot of the shops in Chinatown (Sydney and Brisbane). I know that's not much help to you in USA but if you go to your local Chinatown for Yum Cha it's worth browing the shops whilst you're there
