knife handle repair

the blade is coming out of the handle on my Moritaka petty. what do i use to glue it back in?

Ditto on epoxy. I use G-Flex 650, was recommended by several handle makers.

Another vote for epoxy. Make sure the handle is dry inside so you don't trap moisture in there. Pull it off and let it air dry for a couple days and then seal it up.

I apply gun bluing to the hidden part of carbon tangs. It will last forever, and it's a great rust inhibitor.

Going to have to try this one, I coat the handle witha marine sealant, then fill with epoxy.

I wonder if we should offer some basic epoxy for handle installations and repair? Might save some guys a trip to the hardware store.

If you are going to do that, might as well add some thin set CA glue too:)
